The Number line strategy
WALT to figure out these problems using tidy numbers and the the number line strategy. Today we were practising the number line strategy. The number line strategy helps with tidy numbers and isn't very fast but does help if you have to work out long numbers. Here is my workings out. Can you use the number line?
